Good for: Mixing high and low Although the food would be most accurately described as ‘American’ in our listing options, we had to go with ‘Eclectic’ on this one purely due to the ‘bubble’ in the name of this recently-opened new dining concept. And what a concept: bubble, as in Champagne, and dogs as in hot dogs – albeit gourmet versions, like the BLT which comes wrapped in bacon and served with truffle mayo and caramelised lettuce.
