BACKGROUND: Lou studied at the Royal College of Art. She has previously worked for Hamish Morrow, Stone Island, Crucianni Knitwear and Charlie Allen.

IMPACT OF LONDON COLLECTIONS: MEN: “To be on schedule at the same time as the global menswear calendar has made a huge difference. International buyers are now visiting London, along with global press. We have increases in sales and have picked up some amazing accounts on the back of it.”

FIRST PIECE OF MENSWEAR DESIGNED: “For Lou Dalton it was a Fairisle knitted crewneck sweater in army green, silver lurex and fluoro yellow yarn; the Fairisle pattern was picked up from a charity shop in Shetland and then re-worked. The sweater may well make another appearance come AW14, it didn't get much air play at the time of its development so I might just trial it again...”
