Name three things that are inspiring you for spring/summer 2011: “The Irish artist Guggi, Jean Henri Lartigue’s photos from the turn of last century and historic expeditions.”

What’s new for you this season? “My daughter Simone showing on the LFW schedule with Fashion East.”

Where do you go in London to seek ideas for a forthcoming collection? “The Gagosian Gallery, the Michael Hoppen Gallery, The Serpentine and Sims Reed rare bookstore.” 

As fashion fuses ever closer with art, film and music, how has London’s vibrant cultural scene influenced your SS11 collection? “London’s cultural scene absorbs so many artistic disciplines. I am particularly drawn to fine art exhibitions.”
