Exhibitor Application Form – September 2013

Please complete the following form to apply to be an exhibitor at the London Fashion Week Exhibition.

The closing date for Exhibition applications is Monday 29th April.

Please read the terms of entry and guidance notes carefully.
TERMS OF ENTRY

Exhibition

  • Applicants should have a minimum of 6 stockists
  • Applicants should send a hard copy of their past two seasons' look books to:
    Exhibition
    British Fashion Council
    Somerset House
    South Wing
    Strand
    London WC2R 1LA
    UK
  • The collection should consist of womenswear or accessories, we do not showcase bridalwear or lingerie.
  • Design duos are permitted to enter.
  • Equal opportunities section must be completed, but can be anonymous. This will be kept and will not affect your entry.
GUIDANCE NOTES

Exhibiton:

  • Once you have completed your application form online, it will be reviewed by the LFW Exhibition selection panel.
  • You will receive a notification via email on our receipt of your application.
  • Guidance notes for submitting samples will be included in your application confirmation email. Please do not submit samples unless you are requested to do so.
  • PLEASE NOTE: If you are asked to submit samples, you will need to submit up to 5 pieces from your Autumn/ Winter 2013 collection.
  • You will be notified via email as to whether your application has been successful by no later than mid-May 2013.
